How a client portal works
- We upload a file to the portal
- You receive an email informing you that a file is ready for your approval
- You login using your unique login and password
- This can be from anywhere as the file is held securely in the cloud
- You review the document and approve or reject it
- You have nothing to worry about as the portal is secured using the latest security.
This is a much quicker, secure and efficient way to get important documents to and from us. No chance of anything being lost in the post, accessible from your computer, phone or tablet, and more secure than email.
Why IRIS OpenSpace ?
At P&L Accounts we only believe in working with the best. While there are other, cheaper, alternatives you may be familiar with, like Google Drive and Dropbox, they are NOT secure, do NOT provide facilities for you to approve documents, and do NOT comply with UK Data Protection regulations. We would never place your important information at risk, and therefore only the best will do.
